Terms & Conditions

Purchase of classes:

A minimum of 15 hours of classes must be purchased as a block and paid in full prior to the classes taking place. Based on students taking two 90min classes per week (ie. 3 hrs per week), the blocks must be used within 6 weeks of purchase, allowing for necessary cancellations. Any hours remaining after this period wil be void.

Students of group classes must be at a similar level. 

Location of Classes:

Classes will take place via ZOOM. Links will be sent for the times and dates agreed upon.

Times/Days of classes:

The times and days of classes will be negotiated between student and teacher after the purchase of class blocks. My schedule is quite flexible, so there should be no major issues in negotiating when classes take place.

Schedules:

Due to many of my classes having back-to-back schedules, it is very important for students to be on time, because the class time (90mins) will begin from the scheduled time. In the case of the teacher being available, and the student letting me know in advance, an adjustment may be considered for the class time (maximum 30 mins).

Cancellation Policy:

• If the class is cancelled by the student with more than 24 hours' notice, this class will be made up at a later date convenient to both parties. Please keep in mind the expiry period of blocks of classes purchased.

• If the class is cancelled by the student within 24 hours, the scheduled class will not be made up and the hours of that scheduled class will be lost.

• If one student from a group class is not able to attend, or cancels within 24 hours, their portion of that time will not be made up. The class will go ahead with the students who are present.

• If the class is cancelled by the teacher, the hours will be made up as soon as possible and 25% of the scheduled class time that was missed will be added to your original scheduled class.
